·  Thank you for your important task.

·  Please report to the room of presentation at least 15 minutes before session starts in    

    order to check with respective speakers in your session.

·  Time for presentation :

o     Plenary session 40 minutes

-  30    minutes for presentation

-  10    minutes for questions

o      Invited session 30 minutes

-  25    minutes for presentation

-    5    minutes for questions

o     Oral presentation 15 minutes

-  12    minutes for presentation

-    3    minutes for questions

·  In each room, there will be a person-in-charge to assist you with audio-visual aids and presentation gears.

·  In addition, Rapporteur should assist Chairman with time allocation and make a    summary of overall presentation in the prepared form and hands-in to the Secretariat, Iyala Room,
