How to connect with domestic flight

If you arrive in the evening in Bangkok .

Our International terminal in Bangkok is located north of domestic terminal of about 600 meters apart. Once you have arrived in the arrival hall you could:

·       come out side of the arrival hall and get on transferred shuttle bus which will take you to   domestic of terminal  free of charge

·       you can go up to the second floor of the arrival hall by escalator or by elevator and then follow the sign and you can walk thru the connecting pathway to the domestic terminal, of course, ask for the way so that you don’t get lost!!

     ·        please plan to stay over night at the near-by hotel and wait to connect flight to Khon Kaen in  the next day.

  ·        there are many hotels near Bangkok airport but the ones with reasonable prices are as follows:

It is recommended to take airport taxi available inside the arrival terminal to the hotel you are going to stay!!

    ·        Traveling from Bangkok to Khon Kaen can be done by bus (about 6 hrs), by train (day/night, about 9 hrs) or by flight (45 minutes) (3 flights daily, 06.45 am, 01.00 pm and 06.50 pm).

·      The Organizing Committee will meet you at the Khon Kaen Airport upon your arrival. Please note respective hotel representative  and/or graduate students on your arrival in Khon Kaen. Then you will be taken to your reserved hotel.

·        If you arrive on Nov 14, evening flight after you check-in at your hotel, please come and join the “ Welcome Dinner”, being organized for all participants on Nov 14, 2005 at “ Sala Thai Room”, 4^th  floor, Sofitel Hotel . Don’t miss it!!!
