Theme
The
overall theme of the conference is "Integrating Livestock-Crop
Systems to Meet The Challenges of Globalisation" and aims to enable
delegates to discuss how aspects of animal production science and
cropping can work together in systems.
It will consider all animal species :

The
organizers will particularly welcome contributions which look at the
wider issues of animal science and how they integrate with other
disciplines. (eg. veterinary science, fisheries, agronomy, economics
and extension, environmental.
This may include socio-economics, environmental issues, integrated fish
systems, as well as research indicating the integration of tropical
cropping systems (tree and plantation crops, grains, roots,
vegetables, fruit, sugar cane) with livestock. |
